The Lookout is a secluded beachfront property with a rustic path meandering 75 yards down to the beach that takes you from your front door to the beautiful sand and sea!
Enjoy the consistent ocean breeze that the east side of Grand Turk has to offer, while you keep a lookout for whales or watch the Osprey glide by.
The Beachcomber is a studio unit with a full bathroom, queen size bed, queen sofa bed, breakfast bar and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and double hotplate to make preparing meals at home an easy option.
It is a downstairs / ground floor studio apartment with WiFi, satellite TV and air-conditioning for your comfort.

cancellation policy
Everybody deserves a grace period. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of confirmation, we will refund 100%, no questions asked.
We like to think we are reasonable hosts, so if you need to cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival, we’ll refund the full amount, less a $40 processing fee
We get it, stuff happens. cancellations that occur 14-30 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the booking total
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refund on cancellations within 14 days of arrival. We’re very sorry.
