Summer Rates (May – October)

$210 / night, 7+ nights $189 / night – up to 2 people

Winter Rates (November – April)

$229 / night, 7+ nights $206 / night – up to 2 people

Additional person fee: $40 / night per person

  10% discount on stays 7 nights or longer (reflected in pricing above)

  All rates are inclusive of 12% government tax

cancellation policy

Everybody deserves a grace period.  If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of confirmation, we will refund 100%, no questions asked.

We like to think we are reasonable hosts, so if you need to cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival, we’ll refund the full amount, less a $40 processing fee

We get it, stuff happens.  cancellations that occur 14-30 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the booking total

Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refund on cancellations within 14 days of arrival.  We’re very sorry.
